I did a hazzies beer rollin’ bit across the social medias the other night and it got a big “Meh!” From the fuckin’ Internets.
Eat it, you stupid Internet, THAT is quality content!! 🤣😂🤣🍻
Okay, well, it’s not THAT funny, I suppose.
But it is a real thing, rolling your hazy IPAs. Why? It mixes it. Gets the yeast sentiment moving around and makes for a more even beer. Hazzies require a little work, but worth it to most.
Everything is fucking exhausting. Including taking pictures of my beer.
Are we not all sick of it?
Sick of Instagram. Sick of posting a picture with our Untappd check-ins?
I know I know, you might be saying:
“My guy, you don’t have to take a picture! You can just open a beer and drink it and not tell a soul. Or check-in your Uniques on Untappd, without a picture.”
Yes yes, and I do that.
But then… the Untappd check-in is super boring without a picture.
And I can’t get more followers on Instagram by NOT posting pictures.
So pictures it is.
I just wanted to rant that I am tired of it, is all.
I don’t know where someone clued me into the Mountain Goats but they did. I am not gaga from them, but they are cool.
I liked the new song “Training Montage” enough that it motivated me enough to buy the tape of their new album “Bleed Out”.

I drank an Original Pattern Brewing SIPA with it called “Taking It Easy”. It was a nice beer and I did what it told me and took it easy while I listened.
I recommend both things. ✌️🍻📻
I have no confidence in myself to shotgun a beer or pretty much anything else.
And yeah, I may have heard or seen all of these tips performed before.
But @ChefSaraBradley illustrates it so perfectly, I now think I may actually be able to shotgun a beer.
